These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of offbrandco.shop (the “Website”) and to any purchase you make from OFF BRAND CO. (“OFF BRAND CO.”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

1. About us

OFF BRAND CO. (OffBrandCo) is an online clothing store based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Our contact details are at the end of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

  • All our tees are printed to order. We do our best to show colours and prints accurately, but small differences in colour and print placement can occur between your screen and the finished product.
  • Measurements are listed in our Size guide. Please check it before you order.
  • We may change, discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST). Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We don’t store your card or bank details.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

  • Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or we can’t deliver to your address. If we cancel a paid order, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • You can cancel an order before it ships, as described in our Refund policy.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within India only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by pin code, courier delays or events outside our control. See our Shipping & returns page for details.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund policy, which allows returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, text and images on the Website belong to OFF BRAND CO. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, placing false orders, or posting unlawful or offensive content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on the Website when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
