Orders & payments
How do I place an order?
Pick your product, choose a size, add it to your bag and check out. You can check out as a guest or with an account. You'll get an order confirmation by email straight away.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets, all processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is coming soon.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as possible and we'll update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, you can return it after delivery instead.
I didn't get an order confirmation. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, email us with the name and phone number used at checkout and we'll confirm your order.

Where do you ship?
We ship across India.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Orders below that have a flat ₹79 shipping fee.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by email and SMS.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Sale items are exchange-only.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at offbrandcoclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange. We'll take it from there.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll ask you for bank or UPI details for the refund.
I received a damaged or wrong item.
Sorry about that. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Products & sizing
How do I find my size?
Check our size guide. Measurements are taken flat across the garment. If you're between sizes, go up one for a relaxed fit.
How should I care for my clothes?
Wash inside out in cold water and skip the tumble dryer. Don't iron directly on prints. Your graphics will last much longer.
Will a sold-out design come back?
Sometimes. Join our email list at the bottom of the page and you'll hear first when a design is restocked or a new drop goes live.
Account & other
Do I need an account to shop?
No, guest checkout works fine. An account just makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.
Do you do bulk or custom orders?
We're open to it for teams, events and collabs. Email us with what you have in mind.
