We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges
- You can request a return (for a refund) or a size exchange within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags still attached.
- Items bought on sale can be exchanged but not refunded.
- Every tee is printed to order, so a size exchange means we print a fresh tee in your new size. Please allow the usual production and delivery time.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email offbrandcoclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item, and whether you’d like a refund or a different size.
- We’ll reply within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday) with return instructions.
- Once we receive and check the item, we’ll confirm your refund or ship your exchange.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank or UPI app may take a few extra days to show it.
- If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we’ll ask for your bank account or UPI details to send the refund.
- Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost, or give you a full refund (including shipping) if a replacement isn’t possible.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn’t shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Prepaid cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your order has already shipped, you can return it after delivery under this policy.
